"Decided to give Jimmy's a try for dinner tonight.
I'd love to say perfect, really I would....but it fell flat... I'm not sure what their "secret sauce" is, but it's not big on flavor, which is the same for the burger patty. It was really thick, but there was no flavor to it. I think if they used a slightly thinner patty and seared it over high heat, it would have more flavor and be a bit more moist.

This is a BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich from the Smoke House on Redwood Ave. Can you say DRY? This thing was so dry it should've come with Bottled Water. 5 oz of Meat & Sauce on a bun right out of the package. No side, no pickle, no nothing. Johnny's Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich is 7 oz of in house smoked pork, mild or spicy bbq sauce, sliced onion, on a grilled onion roll, served with a side of coleslaw and a pickle spear for less money than the sandwich alone at the Smoke House. We're bigger, better, give you more food and we're cheaper than the Smoke House.

Look at this pitiful Pastrami Sandwich from
THE SUB SHOP
This HOT Pastrami (lunch meat) weighed in at 9.5 oz
but the meat weighed only 2.3 oz
Although the meat was put in the toaster oven, somehow the roll missed the trip.
At Johnny's Pastrami is our middle name. You get 7oz of Black Navel Pastrami, hot dipped,
on a steamed Stadium Roll.
We don't do Subs, we do Pastrami.
